About the Event
Using Yoga and Meditation are practical approaches that can help address challenges in today's world. This 5 session event (1 hour and 30 minutes each session) between September 28, 2022 - October 26, 2022 is open to the public. We encourage anyone living in the Palm Beach Gardens area that is interested in yoga and meditation to join this workshop. Yoga will be led by Holly Briscoe and Meditation will be led by Gus Castellanos. Great for all levels.
Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation are tools and practices that can help us through the times we are living in and have been backed by science to help with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty.
