Join the Mind, Music, and Movement Foundation for our final Coffee Talk of the spring season featuring Jennifer De Gruccio from the Parkinson's Foundation Florida Chapter.
Designed for both new and experienced care partners, this informative session introduces the Parkinson’s Foundation Care Partner Guide — a resource created to support those caring for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease.
Together, we will explore five essential wellness keys for care partners, including building a strong support network, balancing caregiving with self-care, strengthening relationships, working collaboratively to manage Parkinson’s, and planning for the future. Participants will gain practical strategies, helpful tools, and encouragement drawn from real care partner experiences.
